Effective Date: 1 July 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of SproutOS, a secure multi-tenant operations platform for managing people, attendance, authorised pickups, communication, reporting and administration.

2. Who May Use SproutOS

SproutOS is intended for organisations and authorised users including administrators, staff, volunteers, parents, guardians, members and other approved participants. You must only access an organisation workspace if you have been authorised to do so.

3. Organisation Responsibilities

Each organisation is responsible for managing its users, roles, permissions, data accuracy, participant records, pickup permissions and operational workflows. Organisations must ensure they have the appropriate consent and authority to enter, manage and process information in SproutOS.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Use SproutOS only for legitimate organisation-related purposes.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Do not access, copy, modify or share information without permission.
  • Enter accurate information and update it when necessary.
  • Report suspected misuse or unauthorised access promptly.

5. Account Security

SproutOS may require email verification, secure authentication and role-based access before users can access protected areas. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure of SproutOS systems.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse SproutOS, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with platform operation, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer the service, or use the platform in a way that harms another person or organisation.

7. Data and Privacy

SproutOS processes information according to our Privacy Policy. Organisations remain responsible for the data they enter and manage within their tenant workspace.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network issues, third-party provider outages or other events may affect availability.

9. Third-Party Services

SproutOS may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, Expo, Apple, Google and other infrastructure providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SproutOS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
